Its simple - you submit :-
- a copy of RC,
- Insurance cover note,
- Dealer Retail Invoice along with
- A letter for wrong updation at the bank end in the Loan SOA (Statement of Accounts) and making correct updation as per the RC book n insurance
With respect to action - suggest you to write to nodal officer of the bank if complaint does not resolve within 15 days, but ideally it should !!
