    Hello Pankaj.

I really doubt that 11 year Old cars can be imported to India, infact have googled for Fema Guidelines for import of used cars have found info that
The second hand or used vehicle shall not be older than three years from the date of manufacture

Still - you check with Exim office for a confirmation,

Below is a sample info on Import of Used Cars for approved cars for import/

    a) You need to check for Homologation - The models are of year 2000 as mentioned, you really need to get it cleared from safety, drive and other fuel emission test

    b) Model should be Right handed - steering and controls

    c) Custom Duty is 102% of Invoice / Purchase Price

    d) In New Cars - Customs calculated on Invoice raised from the Manufacturer
However - its used car - there is certain depreciation percentage :-

Depreciation Slabs on Import of Used Car
every 3 month in the 1st year @ 4% and on reducing basis
every 3 month in the 2nd year @ 3% on reducing basis
every 3 month in the 3rd year @ 2.5% on reducing basis
